For more than 15 years, to meet the demands of our customers, SCASSI has worked on the industrialization of its processes by relying on different methods: PASSI, Agile ... and relying on various market tools (EGERIE) and on its own tools (Auditool, RGPD Platform, PASSED), always in a process of continuous improvement.
As a trusted third party, we provide our clients with a standardized framework allowing better management to meet their needs. This industrialized model allows us to capitalize on the services delivered, to standardize them and to benefit from experience feedback to further improve the service provided.
At SCASSI, more than 70% of our activities are delivered on a flat-rate basis. We pool some of our strengths on several projects and have real experience in upgrading the skills of our employees on the various projects.
